Cancellation Policy
I do have a cancellation policy, which we will discuss in more detail in our first session.
Regular counselling sessions are held weekly, at the same time and on the same day, and last for 50 minutes.
If you are unable to attend your regular session for any reason, I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice of your intention to cancel. If you can provide notice in advance of this time, then the session fee does not apply. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee.
